After signing the grant of use of the portal between Agrofood and the implementing subject, the first step will involve the training of local team, initially will composed by the coordinator, the webmaster and at least, one telephone operator.
The coordinator will supervise the management of all activities, the relational and promotional strategy with institutional and productive system of his country, the organization of services for local SMEs and foreign customers.
The webmaster will take care of the portal, namely of the Agrofood model development and of all technical aspects concerning the Web.
The telephone operators should have adequate theoretical and practical about the strategy of communication defined by the coordinator because it will characterize the Agrofood activity.
The training course of the team will be taught by experts of strategic marketing, Internet applications (with good knowledge of Agrofood’s structure), implementation and management of service-centers, communications and they will be coordinated by the Agrofood project manager.
The training will take place in Italy, in English or French languages.
It will include the setting of future activities of the team and some meetings with representatives of Italian agro-industrial associations and entrepreneurs.
